Rocksolid Surfaces Holds 2013 Charity Sale Benefiting Military Soldiers And Veterans

Cleveland Countertop Fabricator Holds Remnant Sale with Portion of Proceeds Going Toward Homes For Our Troops Charity.

Rocksolid Surfaces, fabricator of GRANITE, QUARTZ, and NATURAL STONE hosted their annual stone remnant sale in conjunction with the Artisan Group with a portion of proceeds going toward disabled military veterans.

The Artisan Group is an elite member organization of stone/countertop fabricators in North America. Every year Artisan Group members, including Rocksolid Surfaces take part to host a national sale called Counters For A Cause, selling granite and other stone remnants at discounted prices. A portion of proceeds from each member’s sale goes toward Homes for Our Troops. Homes for Our Troops is a non-profit organization that helps build specially adapted homes for military veterans.

“This year’s sale was a complete success,” said J.B. Walsh, President of Rocksolid Surfaces. “Everybody benefits from the sale. Folks found great deals on stone remnant pieces and the best part was to give back a portion of proceeds to Homes for Our Troops”. “We loved to see the support from all of the patrons that took part for such a great charity,” said Walsh. “It’s a privilege to be part of Counters For A Cause and give something back to our disabled veterans.”
