Job Duties and Responsibilities- Fabricate cabinetry on daily basis utilizing all necessary tools and equipment; ensure quality and timeliness of jobs.
- Fabricate and install variety of wood constructed items (e.g. counter tops, cabinets, shelving, moldings, partitions, etc.) as required
- Maintain all tools, equipment and machinery in a safe operating condition. Alert supervisor as to needed repair of equipment and machines. Recommend purchase of new tools or equipment
- Operate all machinery in a safe and efficient manner utilizing safeguards, safety measures and good housekeeping practices
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience with wood working and cabinetry
- Ability to build a variety of wood constructed items (e.g. counter tops, cabinets, shelving, moldings, partitions, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand product drawings and schematics
- Math aptitude including ability to read a tape measure to add, subtract and divide measurements
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisor, work in a team environment and express ideas clearly to supervisor
- Laminator and/or finisher experience is a plus.

Job Duties and Responsibilities- Place stone countertops on CNC machines using appropriate lifting equipment
- Pull drawings and type data into CNC machines
- Set up measurements/suction cups on machines
- Set up and provide maintenance of CNC machines tooling
- Inspect finished pieces, comparing them to drawings to ensure quality and timeliness of jobs
- Operate all tools and machinery in a safe and efficient manner utilizing safeguards, safety measures and good housekeeping practices;
- Perform general maintenance of machines and work space
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience operating CNC machines
- Knowledge of stone countertop fabrication
- Ability to work/ lift with heavy weight
- Math aptitude, including ability to read a tape measure to add, subtract and divide measurements
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly to other staff and to supervisor.
- Knowledge of Park Titan, Intermac 4000, 43 CNC machines preferred but not required.

Essential FunctionsDuties, which are mainly performed out in clients’ homes, include but are not limited to:
- measuring existing or newly installed cabinets in client’s house using laser measuring machine LT-55 and/or measuring tools;
- verify measurements and creating hand drawings;
- upload digital readings into computer system and creating digital drawings and blueprints for digitizing;
- creating stick templates for fabrication of solid surface countertops.
- Experience using measuring tools, including LT-55
- Knowledge and ability to create digital drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in creating handmade stick templates
- General knowledge of countertops fabrication and installation
- Clean background records
- Clean driving records
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Good knowledge of computers

- Spray finished wood products with conversion varnish, pre-cat lacquer, epoxy, dyes and finish match
- Apply paints and coatings as required to achieve quality finish
- Formulate and mix custom stain colors and glazes
- Inspect finished pieces to ensure quality and timeliness of jobs
- Maintain all tools and equipment. Alert supervisor as to the needed repairs of equipment, recommend purchase of new tools or equipment
- Responsible for the safe storage of flammable chemicals, products and finishes used in the shop
- Maintain a good housekeeping and safe work environment of spray booth and finish room
- Complete EPA documentation
- Other duties as assigned.
- Working knowledge of woodworking and general finishing techniques
- Skilled use of sprayers, staining techniques, and hand tools
- Experience with touch-up in stained and paint finishes
- Ability to correctly perform all aspects of routine work, meeting quality standards and requirements
- Ability to achieve results in an accurate and timely manner and maintain awareness of shipping schedules, adjust work capacity needs as required
- Ability to work in a team environment and express ideas clearly to supervisor
